We have built Kaveh Alyaf to develop and produce fibers that are custom-designed to meet our partners exact requirements.
Our principle products are:

• Virgin fiber grade
• Recycle fiber grade (Polyester only)
• Coloured fiber grade
• Fire retardant
• Cement fiber

As a specialist, we maintain a huge business volume that enables
us to pass on high quality products to our customers at lower cost
and supply the desired colours and specifications with our customers
required standards.

Polyester:

With a range of product lines to choose from, each with their own benefits, we deliver customers the options they need, the benefits they want, and the competitive advantage they deserve:

o Virgin fiber production from 3 to 20 denier per filament (3.3 to 22 dtex) in various shades and colours
o Regenerated and Recycle polyester fiber from 6 to 20 denier per filament (6.7 to 22 dtex) in various shades and colours

Polypropylene:

Virgin fiber production from 2 to 30 denier per filament (2.2 to 33 dtex)
Colour fibers in various shades are produced using master batch technology and following all international guide lines.
We also have the ability to include a wide variety of additives such as flame retardants, antistatic compounds, etc
And finally, fiber finishes can be engineered for specific fiber properties, such as hydrophilic, low friction, etc.

PET Flakes:

Kaveh Alyaf has comprehensive and ecological technology for the continuous sorting of post consumer PET bottles into flakes.
The post consumer bottles are washed sorted and flaked. The washing is repeatedly done in different steps and serves the purpose of cleaning the surface from impurities to wash off labels and glues. The size reduction from the post-consumer bottle to the flakes is done in cutter section. The sorting process separates other plastics, polymers and foreign materials from PET flakes and sorts different colour flakes in order to furnish the market.
